The billing staff of Premier Diagnostic Imaging will bill your health insurance plan for all charges performed at our facility with one global bill. Full payment for rendered services is requested when you receive a statement indicating your balance due after insurance processing. Premier Diagnostic Imaging is a member of most major medical plans and networks. Please verify that Premier Diagnostic Imaging is contracted with your health insurance plan and if pre-authorization for services is required by the plan.
Patients without Insurance:
Please call or request to speak with a billing representative to discuss payment options if you do not have health insurance.
A meeting can be set up with our billing representative to discuss payment options if payment can not be paid in full. Please request this when you call or visit a registration person during check-in.
