Payment Policy

Patients with Insurance:

The billing staff of Premier Diagnostic Imaging will bill your health insurance company for all procedures and services performed at our facility. You will receive a itemized statement after the insurance has paid. Full payment for services is requested when you receive a statement. Premier is a member of most major medical plans and networks. Please verify that Premier Diagnostic Imaging is contracted with your health insurance plan and ask if pre-authorization for services is required by your plan.

Patients without Insurance:

Please call or request to speak with a billing representative to discuss cash prices and payment options if you do not have health insurance.

Payment Plans:

A meeting can be set up with our billing representative to discuss payment options if payment cannot be made in full. Please request this when you call or visit a registration person during check-in.
