Registered nurses are on staff for assessment, intervention or observation as needed. RN’s are ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified.

Premier Habla Espanol (Premier Speaks Spanish)
Lili Burnette, Bilingual Specialist at Premier, helps Spanish-speaking patients to feel more comfortable as she translates medical information and answers questions. Premier recognizes the need for communication in improving the health care experience for patients with limited English proficiency. Lili assists with patient registration to acquire correct medical history, so language is not a barrier to safe procedures. Lili explains the insurance and billing process, and helps to set up payment plans. She shares Premier’s passion for taking care of patients’ needs and is able to help them feel more at ease in what may be an unfamiliar setting.
